7. Installing a Permanent Batting Cage in Hillcrest Park
   Staff report dated February 22, 1996 recommending that the Board receive the report for information.

9. Nat Bailey Stadium Concert Series
   Staff report dated February 22, 1996 for the Board's consideration on the use of Nat Bailey Stadium for a summer concert series by MCA Concerts Canada in 1996 subject to the conditions stated in the report.
