Item 2 - Downtown South Park - Results of Community Naming Process
Judith Roche requested to speak to the Board with regard to naming a park Emery Barnes Park.

Item 3 - Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Classical Garden Society - Receiving the Financial Plan for the Expansion Project
Yvonne Chui, Executive Director, Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Classical Garden Society requested to speak to the Board.

   Staff report dated June 26, 2003 recommending that the Board receive the report for information.

   Staff report dated June 26, 2003 recommending that the report be received for information. Appendix A

THAT the Board later this evening go into a meeting which is closed to the public, pursuant to Section 165.2 of the Vancouver Charter, to discuss matters related to paragraph:

(c) labour relations or employee negotiations;

(e) the acquisition, disposition or expropriation of land or improvements, if the Council considers that disclosure might reasonably be expected to harm the interests of the City.
