2. Park Naming Report
   Staff report dated February 17, 2005 recommending that the Board approve naming the park site at Redbud and Vine Streets the Rosemary Brown Park and that the Board approve a park naming ceremony on International Women's Day to honour Rosemary Brown's dedication to the citizens of Vancouver and her importance as a role model for women.
3. Ethical Purchasing Policy
   Staff report dated February 18, 2005 recommending that the Board approve the implementation of the Ethical Purchasing Policy and Supplier Code of Conduct as outlined in the attached report and approved by Council on February 17, 2005.

4. Queen Elizabeth Park Contract Award
   Staff report dated February 25, 2005, recommending that the Board approve recommendations A to C.
5. Dog Off Leash Program
   Staff report dated February 18, 2005 recommending that the Board approve recommendations 1 to 4.
