Non Report Item - Vancouver Fireworks Society
- Ray Greenwood requested to speak to the Board with regard to the Symphony of Fire at English Bay.
- Errol Povah requested to speak to the Board with regard to tobacco company sponsorship for the fireworks at English Bay.

STAFF REPORTS

3. Upgrade of Alexander Park
   Staff report dated September 1, 1999 recommending that the Park Board develop working drawings and provide labour and funding up to $40,000 to improve Alexander Park in cooperation with the Port Authority and City Engineering.
4. Renovations and Additions to Moberly Community Hall - T99-8
   Staff report dated August 30, 1999 recommending that the Board approve the tender of Bynett Construction Services Ltd. to complete renovations and additions at Moberly Park Community Hall subject to confirmation of the receipt of a BC 2000 grant in the amount of $138,450.
5. Arbor Month
   Staff report dated September 1, 1999 recommending that the Board accept as information the report on Arbor Month 99.
6. Spanish Banks Creek - Culvert Access Improvements
   Staff report dated September 1, 1999 recommending that the Board approve daylighting of a section of Spanish Banks Creek north of N. W. Marine Drive by the Vancouver Salmon and Stream Society with details to the satisfaction of the General Manager.
7. Park Board Signing Authority
   This is a late distribution report.
8. Human Resources Report - New Regular Positions
   This is a late distribution report.
