STAFF REPORTS

1. Year 2000 Fees and Charges
   Staff report dated October 18, 1999 recommending that the Fees and Charges for Year 2000 adjusted by inflationary increase of 1.5% be approved by the Board for implementation on January 1, 2000.
2. Millennium Commemoration
   Staff report dated October 18, 1999 recommending that the Board adopt the "Greening the Environment" as the central theme for its millennium commemoration.
3. Joint Operating Agreement with the Society for Hastings Park
   Staff report dated October 6, 1999 recommending that the Board agree in principle to enter into a joint operating agreement with the Society For Hastings Park with the description of responsibilities as noted in the report.
4. Little Mountain Baseball - Memorandum of Understanding
   Staff report dated October 21, 1999 recommending that the Board approve recommendations A and B with regard to the Memorandum of Understanding with Little Mountain Baseball.
