DELEGATIONS

Item 3 - International Sculpture Exhibit
Barry Mowatt, Buschlen Mowatt Foundation, requested to speak to the Board with regard to the International Sculpture Exhibit.

STAFF REPORTS

3. International Sculpture Exhibit
   Staff report dated December 2, 1999 recommending that the Board approve a temporary sculpture exhibit along English Bay during the summer of 2000 at no cost to the Board and with all arrangements to the satisfaction of the General Manager and that the Board consider charging the exhibit sponsor a fee of $20,000 per season for the use of the site.
4. Emergency Planning in the City of Vancouver
   Staff report dated December 16, 1999 recommending that the Board receive the report for information. Bryan Larrabee, ESS Coordinator to make a presentation to the Board.
5. Multicultural Implementation Plan
   Staff information report dated December 14, 1999 was mailed to Board members.
6. Communication Plan
   Staff report dated December 13, 1999 recommending that the Board approve spending up to $30,000 from the Corporate Sponsorship account to pay for the development of a Communications Plan.
7. Conference Use of Marina Square Park 2001
   Staff report date December 21, 1999 recommending that the Board give approval for the use of the site as the location for Mindshare 2001 Annual MDSI User Group Meeting & Business Solutions Conference reception and meal space and that the Board give approval for the organizers to apply for a Special Occasion License to serve liquor inside the tent during the reception.
