  Staff report dated February 11, 2000 recommending that the Board approve recommendations A to E.
• Bard on the Beach
  Staff report dated January 20, 2000 recommending that the Board approve the expansion of the foot print for the Bard on the Beach Shakespeare Festival to incorporate a second performance tent into its site and that the Festival be complete and structures dismantled no later than September 30.
• Ferguson Point Teahouse and Seasons in the Park - Rent Reviews
  Staff report dated February 23, 2000 recommending that the Board approve recommendations A to G.
• Accomplishment Report 1999
  Staff information report dated February 10, 2000 was mailed to Board members.
• Fall 1999 Neighbourhood Matching Fund Allocations and 2000 Artists in Residence
