3. Dogs Off-Leash Heather Park
   Staff report dated May 28, 2001 recommending that the Board withdraw the dog off-leash privileges at Heather Park and that the Board approve dog off-leash hours (10:00 am to 5:00 pm) at Shaughnessy Crescent Park on a one year trial basis.

4. Millennium Sports Facility/Grimmett Park
   Staff report dated June 1, 2001 recommending that the Board approve recommendations A to E.

5. Ray Cam Community Centre Renovations
   Staff report dated May 30, 2001 recommending that the Board approve the expenditure of $280,000 donated by the Ray Cam Community Associations for alterations to Ray Cam Community Centre and the appointment of Walter Francl Architects subject to City Council approval of project funding.
6. Administrative Report - Staff Changes
   This matter was referred from the meeting of the Board held on Monday, May 28, 2001. Staff report dated June 8, 2001 recommending that the Board approve the establishment of twelve (12) regular full-time positions and one (1) regular part-time position and the elimination of two(2) regular full-time positions and two (2) regular part-time positions.

7. Recreation Staff Position Changes
   Staff report dated May 22, 2001 recommending that the Board approve the establishment of five Supervisor of Recreation Services positions and the elimination of four Community Recreation Co-ordinator II positions and the Roundhouse Community Arts and Recreation Co-ordinator position.
