   Staff information report dated June 29, 2001 recommending that the Board reconfirm the original conditions of use for the Painters Corner and that staff review the temporary permit site on English Bay in consultation with the existing artists.

5. Charleson Park Dogs Off-Leash
   Staff report dated July 5, 2001 recommending that designated dogs off-leash areas in Charleson Park be defined in accordance with this report. Map
6. Appointment of Consultant - VanDusen Garden Building Society
   Staff report dated June 20, 2001 recommending that the Board award a contract to Downs/Archambault & Partners in the amount of $38,500 including disbursements, not including GST, with the funding to be split between the VanDusen Botanical Garden Association and the Park Board as described in the report. 7. Administrative Report - Staff Changes
   Staff report dated July 5, 2001 recommending that the Board approve the establishment of three regular full-time positions.

   Staff report dated July 6, 2001 recommending that the Board receive attached Council report as information.
