   Staff report dated September 14, 2001 recommending that the Board approve the implementation plan of the communication initiatives which includes communication goals and strategies over the next 3 to 5 years and re-organization of the Communication Unit to include the establishment of one Manager of Communications, two Communication Coordinators and one Graphic/Web Designer positions.

   Staff report dated October 1, 2001 recommending that the Board appoint Stevenson & Associates Landscape Architects to design and supervise construction of Phase 1 of the development of Downtown South Park for the fee of $52,800 and the disbursements of $5,000.
