   Staff report dated August 23, 2002 recommending that the Board approve recommendations A to E.
4. Park Board Pre-2000 Budget Close Outs
   Staff report dated August 27, 2002 recommending that the transfer of Capital Funds for Park Board capital account close out as detailed in this report be approved.
5. Sunset Community Centre Renewal-Canada-British Columbia Infrastructure Program Grant Application
   Staff report dated September 3, 2002 recommending that the Board approve recommendations A and B.

6. AIDS Memorial
   Staff report dated September 6, 2002 recommending that the Board approve the construction of the full 60 foot of the AIDS memorial.
