   Staff report dated February 10, 2003 recommending that the Board receive the report for information.
3. Development of a Downtown Skateboard Facility - Quebec and Union Streets
   Staff report dated February 13, 2003 recommending that the Board approve recommendations A to C.
   Appendix A- Skateboard facility location and connecting route to Skytrain
   Appendix B - Skateboard facility site
   Appendix C - Skateboard 'plaza' concept plan
4. Jericho Beach Hostel - Agreement Renewal
   Staff report dated February 11, 2003 recommending that the Board renew the agreement with Hostelling international - BC Region for the Jericho Beach Hostel for ten years from February 1, 2003 to January 31, 2013 based on terms and conditions identified in this report.
5. Queen Elizabeth Park Reservoir Landscape : Consultant Contract
   Staff report dated February 12, 2003 recommending that the Board approve the award of the contract for consultant services for the Queen Elizabeth park Reservoir Landscape to Kim Perry & Associates for the sum of $347,351 (fees and disbursements) plus GST.
6. Stanley Park Shuttle Service - Renewal for 2003 and Future Operations
   Staff report dated February 14, 2003 recommending that the Board approve recommendations A to D.
