3. 2006 - 2008 Capital Plan Process
   Staff report dated October 22, 2004 recommending that the Board receive the report for information.

4. 2005 Fees and Charges
   Staff report dated October 21, 2004 recommending that the Board approve the 2005 Fees and Charges to be adjusted as per Appendix A to reflect an inflationary increase and comparable market rates.

5. Prospect Point Cafe - Postponement of Rent Review

   Staff report dated October 21, 2004 recommending that the Board approve recommendations A to D.
