1. Presentation of Gift by the Western Arts Circle
   The Western Arts Circle wish to present to the Park Board a framed watercolour of the Alexandra Park Bandstand by Gordon Kit Thorne.
   
2. Approval of Minutes of the September 10th, 2009 Meeting
   
3. Floyd's Ice Rink Proposal
   A proposal on an approach to providing future ice rinks in Vancouver will be provided by Mr. Stan Floyd.
4. Dog Off Leash –Public Consultation Results
   Staff will provide a summary of the feedback received on proposed new sites in Stanley Park and Devonian Harbour Park and, the extension of hours at Fraser River and Portside Parks.

5. Synthetic Turf Sites: Public Process Update
   Overview of public input to date on the shortlist of sites proposed for synthetic turf installation. Report back from VSB regarding possible consideration of secondary school sites.
