   Staff report dated dated September 23, 2010 recommending that the Board approve recommendations A and B.
   
   
3. Winter Farmers Market - Riley Park
   Staff report dated September 22, 2010 recommending that the Board approve a special event permit for a Farmers Market in the Riley Park parking lot.
   
   
4. Allocation of funds from Corporate Sponsorship
   Staff report dated September 22, 2010 recommending that the Board approve the contribution of $50,000 from the Corporate Sponsorship Reserve for the design and production of a Vancouver-wide map.
