At its meeting on Monday, October 7, 2013, Vancouver Park Board referred the following motions to the Park Board Committee on October 21, 2013 in order to hear from speakers.
2. Funding Solutions to Assist in Securing Funds to Complete Killarney Seniors Centre 
Where applicable, interested parties have been notified regarding the above noted items.

A. THAT the Board will go into a meeting later this day, which is closed to the public, pursuant to Section 165.2(1) of the Vancouver Charter, to discuss matters related to paragraph:
(k) negotiations and related discussions respecting the proposed provision of an activity, work or facility that are at their preliminary stages and that, in the view of the Board, could reasonably be expected to harm the interests of the City and Park Board if they were held in public.
B. THAT the Board will go into a meeting on November 4, 2013, immediately following the Regular Park Board meeting that day, which is closed to the public, pursuant to Section165.2(1) of the Vancouver Charter, to discuss matters related to paragraph:
(k) negotiations and related discussions respecting the proposed provision of an activity, work or facility that are at their preliminary stages and that, in the view of the Board, could reasonably be expected to harm the interests of the City and Park Board if they were held in public.
C. THAT the Board will go into a meeting on November 18, 2013, at 5:30 pm, which is closed to the public, pursuant to Section165.2(1) of the Vancouver Charter, to discuss matters related to paragraph:
(k) negotiations and related discussions respecting the proposed provision of an activity, work or facility that are at their preliminary stages and that, in the view of the Board, could reasonably be expected to harm the interests of the City and Park Board if they were held in public.
