RECREATION SERVICES (Commissioner Wilson)
- Licence with Jericho Sailing Centre Association
Staff report dated October 12, 1995 recommending that the Licence between the Board and the Jericho Sailing Centre be renewed for a further five year period ending October 1, 2000, with a right to renew for an additional five year term upon satisfactory performance during the initial term.

Staff report dated October 11, 1995 recommending that the attached Fees and Charges Schedule be approved by the Board for implementation on January 1, 1996.

- Denman Garden Inn - Rent Review
Staff report dated October 12, 1995 recommending that the Board approve a 5 year lease renewal for the period of January 1, 1996 to December 31, 2000; that the rent for the lease period remain at 7% of total gross revenue, excluding liquor, to be paid monthly; and that a payment in lieu of property taxes be phased in over the five year period.
