Item 2 - Vancouver Aquarium - Confirming Use
of Otter Display
- A representative from the Vancouver Aquarium to request the Board
extend their use of the former otter display.

Staff report dated October 12, 1995 recommending that the
Board receive this report for information.
- Renfrew Library Operating Agreement
Staff report dated October 12, 1995 recommending that the Board approve
the Operating Agreement for the Renfrew Library.
RECREATION SERVICES (Commissioner Wilson)
- Licence with Jericho Sailing Centre Association
Staff report dated October 12, 1995 recommending that the Licence
between the Board and the Jericho Sailing Centre be renewed for a
further five year period ending October 1, 2000, with a right to renew
for an additional five year term upon satisfactory performance during
the initial term.
FINANCE/ADMINISTRATION/HUMAN RESOURCES (Commissioner Ashford)
- 1996 Fees and Charges
Staff report dated October 11, 1995 recommending that the attached
Fees and Charges Schedule be approved by the Board for implementation
on January 1, 1996.
INCOME OPERATIONS/MARKETING/PUBLIC AFFAIRS (Commissioner Fetherstonhaugh)
- Denman Garden Inn - Rent Review
Staff report dated October 12, 1995 recommending that the Board approve
a 5 year lease renewal for the period of January 1, 1996 to December
31, 2000; that the rent for the lease period remain at 7% of total
gross revenue, excluding liquor, to be paid monthly; and that a payment
in lieu of property taxes be phased in over the five year period.
