5. Stationary Equipment Operators - Transfer to Recreation
   CUPE Local 15 need more time to review this report and has requested that it be postponed to a later date.

FINANCE/ADMINISTRATION/HUMAN RESOURCES

7. Contract Awards
   Staff report dated December 3, 1996 recommending that the General Manager be authorized to award contracts in excess of $50,000 during the Board's winter break period from December 9, 1996 to January 6, 1997 if required, and in accordance with the conditions as outlined the report.
