1. Trillium Park Planning Process
   Bob Sarti, Strathcona Park Planning Committee requested to speak to the Board with regard to the planning process for Trillium Park.

STAFF REPORTS

2. Vancouver International Jazz Festival
   Staff report dated May 14, 2003 recommending that the Board grant permission for a Special Occasion License in conjunction with the Vancouver International Jazz Festival on June 28 and June 29, 2003 from 12:00 noon to 9:30 pm with all arrangements to the satisfaction of the General Manager. Appendix A , Appendix B
3. West Nile Virus Control Program
   Staff report dated May 16, 2003 recommending that the Board endorse Recommendations A and B of the attached City Council report entitled "West Nile Virus Surveillance and Mosquito Control Procedures for Vancouver".
4. Mount Pleasant Family Centre - Lease Renewal
   Staff report dated May 5, 2003 recommending that the Board renew the lease with the Mount Pleasant Family Centre Society for Robson Park Clubhouse for a term of 5 years from April 1, 2003 to March 31, 2008.
