Staff report dated April 14, 2009 recommending that the Board approve the development of a neighbourhood oriented skateboard facility in Kensington Park, at an approximate cost of $300,000 from the 2006-2008 Capital Plan allocation for sport courts/active uses – Youth Parks (bmx, skateboard).
