CHAIR'S REPORT
The Chair reported on the planting of the Park Board's third fruit tree orchard at Memorial West Park, and Youth Politik workshop at City Hall.

GENERAL MANAGER'S REPORT
The General Manager provided a high level update on the Capital Plan 2012 to 2014 including overview of new capital planning process, recent accomplishments and next steps. The draft Capital Plan will come back to Council and the Park Board in July, with final approval in September. He also reported on the recent provision of open data for parks to the developer community.

STAFF REPORTS

Administrative Report - Position Changes
The Board approved the conversion of 3 CUPE 15 regular full time positions, the creation of 1 CUPE 15 regular full time positions, and the creation of 5 CUPE 15 regular part time positions. All changes will support the Park Board's public services and programs.

NEXT MEETING
The next regular Park Board meeting will be held at 7 pm on Monday, June 13, 2011 at 2099 Beach Avenue.
