3. That the Board receive the Report from the Community Services & Budgets Committee meeting held on Monday, April 14, 1997 .
4. Pay Tennis Award
   This matter is referred from the Community Services & Budgets Committee meeting held on Monday, April 28, 1997.
5. Fraserview Clubhouse Award
   Staff report dated April 23, 1997 recommending that:
   1. the Board award a contract for the construction of the Fraserview Golf Clubhouse to Shimizu Canada Engineering Corporation at a price not to exceed $1,535,000.
   2. no legal rights shall arise hereby, and none shall arise until execution of the contemplated contract. The Board may rescind this resolution at any time up to the execution of the contemplated contract.
6. Ceperley Field, Stanley Park - Construction Contract Award
   Staff report dated April 17, 1997 recommending that the Board approve the award the of the landscape contract to Landesign Landscape Construction Ltd. To reconstruct an informal playing field in Ceperley Field.
