   Staff report dated July 13, 2006 recommending that the Board approve the terms of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Board of Directors of the Conseil Scolaire Francophone and the Vancouver Board of Parks and Recreation for the development, maintenance and long term use of the playfield and perimeter trail at the Oak Street and 37th Avenue park site.

THAT the Board later this evening go into a meeting which is closed to the public, pursuant to Section 165.2 of the Vancouver Charter, to discuss matters related to paragraphs:

(c) labour relations or employee negotiations; and

(k) negotiations and related discussions respecting the proposed revision of an activity, work or facility that are at their preliminary stages and that, in the view of the Board, could reasonably be expected to harm the interests of the city if they were held in public.
